Meet The Team

Adam Kemeny
Director of E-Discovery

Adam brings his knowledge of the legal profession to corporate legal departments and law firms, showing them how to navigate and implement legal technology. He has extensive experience using review platforms on multinational and multijurisdictional projects. Adam came to TLS after a decade in the legal profession. Having been a Corporate/Commercial solicitor, his background includes involvement in a broad array of commercial disputes and investigations. This comes from being on the client end of reviews and working in private practice, government agencies and in-house legal departments.
 

Al-Karim Makhani
Vice President of Consulting & Information Governance

Al-Karim advises members of the legal profession on optimising the practice of law through automation, analytics and artificial intelligence. He is a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and an EU data privacy expert certified by the International Institute of Privacy Professionals. Al-Karim has lectured at various academic institutions and regularly contributes to leading industry bodies in a speaking or advisory capacity. He has recently authored a chapter on disintermediation and dematerialisation in Kluwers Law’s textbook on International Arbitration. Prior to his move into the legal technology space, Al-Karim was a senior disputes practitioner in the London and Hong Kong offices of Stephenson Harwood.
 

Danielle Giannecchini
Regional Director

Danielle provides sales and workflow consultation to corporate legal departments and law firms. She has worked at TLS for 16 years managing complex, large-scale matters related to investigations, litigation and arbitration. Danielle oversees a team of legal technology and language sales professionals, all dedicated to delivering the highest levels of service to their legal clients.
 

Dan Meyers
President of Consulting & Information Governance

Dan is the President of TransPerfect Legal Solutions’ Consulting & Information Governance division. Dan advises clients on the use of legal technology to achieve their objectives in a streamlined, defensible and cost-effective manner. His clients range from financial institutions and multinational corporations to boutiques and Global 100 law firms. Prior to joining TLS, Dan was a Partner at an Am Law 100 law firm in New York.
 

Aluysio Riquet
Director, Enterprise Business

Aluysio is a highly experienced professional specializing in large-scale complex projects, particularly in the areas of electronic process automation, compliance, and digital workflow. As the Director of TransPerfect Brazil, he provides enterprise business and sales consulting services that focus on optimizing operations for corporate legal offices and law firms. With extensive e-discovery knowledge and a strategic mindset, Aluysio is dedicated to driving innovation and efficiency in the legal sector. He is eager to collaborate, share expertise, and contribute to the growth of the legal tech landscape, especially as a part of TLS.
 

Inneli Udurawana
Director, Legal Solutions

Inneli Udurawana is a legal technology specialist with a legal background and a decade of experience managing complex, data-driven litigations, arbitrations, and investigations. Inneli is an expert in data analytics, data culling, and leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms to assist legal teams in identifying the information they need quickly and accurately. Inneli has honed her industry knowledge and experience by developing complex workflows and managing multi-jurisdictional projects in the United States and throughout the EMEA region. A few of her most notable recent matters include a merger before the Competition Markets Authority (UK), a multi-terabyte joint venture arbitration, and a multi-jurisdictional pharmaceutical matter structured to comply with GDPR. She has also contributed to the development and advancement of proprietary technologies, from processing and early case assessment platforms to case metric tools. Inneli presently manages a team of project managers and analysts based in London.
 

Luis Swartz
Director of Business Development

Luis has more than 20 years of experience in digital forensics, internal investigations, software solutions, and e-discovery. As Director of Business Development for TLS’s Latin American region, Luis advises customers in those markets on the best practices to preserve data and maintain its integrity. He also provides corporate and government sectors with privacy and personal information solutions. He is an experienced advisor and expert in the forensic acquisitions of cell phone data, geolocation, face recognition, and assisting global intelligence agencies in covert investigations and cybercrimes. Luis is an active collaborator with Project VIC and other child exploitation initiatives. Based in Houston, Texas, Luis speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
 

Karina Scorzetti
Account Executive

Karina is a business development and account management professional who works with law firms and corporations to provide legal technology and consulting on high-volume data litigations, investigations, and antitrust matters. She is driven by her passion for building relationships and her organized and strategic thinking to create efficient workflows to help her clients save time and money. Karina has been with TLS for seven years. She previously worked in New York City and Washington, D.C., and is now based in Philadelphia.
