The Challenge
Because of its strong presence in international arbitration, Simpson Thacher has a regular need for high-quality translation services with immediate turnaround. Faced with a set of articles and printouts in the complex character language of Nepali and a swiftly approaching deadline, the firm urgently needed a vendor that could provide an English translation of the documents while maintaining the required level of quality to ensure the work's validity in court.

The task, which would need to be carried out according to strict legal guidelines, also had to be finished in less than three days. And with other pressing matters requiring their attention, the attorneys had to completely delegate the language aspects of the case to the vendor.
